This is just one incident out of many in which caterpillar equipment is used for acts of ethnic cleansing which are clearly in contravention of international law, and in violation of the Geneva
conventions.
I have read the notice on your website with respect to your lack of 'legal right to police individual use' of your equipment. However, I
would appreciate to learn what your company's official position on this matter, in light of its stated social responsibility and its
corporate integrity, but also in light of the legal aspects related to the facilitation of war crimes.
